Market Research Firm

the brief - momentum.
Keep moving forward – that’s the name of the game. Momentum is a market research firm focused on leveraging innovation to gain a competitive edge. For this project, I embraced that concept of 'momentum' literally and let it guide the design. Upon entering the building, everything feels calm and slow-paced, but as you move through the halls, the atmosphere shifts. Gradually, you begin to see and hear more and more, capturing the essence of progress and energy.

line of sight.
There are no barriers or doors to obstruct movement between the front-of-house and back-of-house. However, the curvature of the hallway effectively disrupts the line of sight from the entrance, offering privacy until you round the bend. In the back of the building, a variety of seating options are available, allowing employees to choose the workspace that suits them best, promoting comfort and maximizing productivity.

transparency.
Weaving hallways, horizontal wood accents, wayfinding lighting, and dynamic wall coverings are just a few elements that convey the sense of momentum in the building. At the same time though, transparency was a key value for the company too. To maintain openness while mitigating noise, I incorporated glass partitions for the group survey rooms. These rooms were also placed across from the managing directors' offices, allowing them to observe surveys without even having to leave their desks. This design fosters a healthy, open workspace where communication with leadership is always accessible, and the absence of walls ensures transparency at all levels.
